For this animation I have used a polystyrene cup and a permenant marker I have illustrated the idea of a bilnd being pulled down with the assosiation of a day ending without much happening. I slowly turned the cups whilst taking photographs I like the tone of colour I got from using a soft lamp on brown paper. Although I did create a spot on the cup at which it should stay it is still a bit jerky I think practice will fix this. I really do like this idea but im not sure how I would link it into a larger animation unless I used multiple cups. I was inspired by Cheeming Boey who created a series of cup art (shown below).
